It is with great excitement that we finally get to announce that Jess Franklin (session guitarist and guitarist for Brantley Gilbert) is playing Bullhead on tour and in the studio now. He's rocking the Bullhead Matador 50W head and it's been powering his rig since the start of Brantley's "The Ones Who Like Me" Tour. Summer NAMM 2017 just wrapped up and wow, that was a blast! The brand-new power house, Paragon Head w/matching 4x12, certainly grabbed attention and the booth was constantly busy. Take a listen to some quick clips here of the Scorpio 40W Head with matching 4x12 cabinet. These are geared a little bit more to the heavy side of things, but still have some great versatile tones. One is a "Full Mix" and the other is "Guitars Only". Settings as follow:

• Depth: 8 o'clock
• Presence: 2 o'clock
• Master Vol: 9 o'clock
• Bass: 11 o'clock
• Middle: 10 o'clock
• Treble: 3 o'clock
• Gain: 2 oclock (heavy gtrs), 8 o'clock (clean guitars)

Guitars: PRS McCarty for the heavy parts, Fender Strat for clean parts
Veteran 30 speaker mic'd slightly off-axis with a Shure SM57 for all parts.
TC Electronic Flashback Delay in the loop on clean parts. No post-EQ on guitars at all. L1 Limiter used to bring up final volumes in ProTools.

Wow. What a Summer NAMM 2015 it was! Incredible time! Corey of V16 Guitars (www.v16guitars.com) knocked it out of the park with his amazing guitars, the amps were singing right along, and the schedule of work has absolutely filled up. Awesome meeting so many of you, and sorry to those that we missed! This little lovely lady went out the door recently to J.C. of Scorpio Marketing & Distribution, LLC. She's also a new addition to our product line. Help me welcoming, "Scorpio." It's a 20W, Class A/B, clean-through-high gain monster. Single Channel, a few tricks here and there, and a pair of 12" Veteran 30's from Warehouse Speakers. More information with sound clips and full run down forthcoming...

I'm extremely proud and excited to say that I was a piece in the puzzle for Stone Sour's second part of the Album "House of Gold & Bones Part 2" -- It's a two part album, second of which came out today. One of my Bullhead Amp models, the Lead Sledwas used for recording guitar parts. I was even fortunate enough to hang out and see some of the tracking as well in late Spring. The album SLAMS. Get Part 2 now, and Part 1 came out in Oct 2012. Just like the first part of the double disc, it's such a good album. I'd like to send out a very special THANK YOU again to David Bottrill, Michael Phillips, and of course the guys in Stone Sour for letting me peek in at the action.
